WRITE THAT DREAM- REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for purchasing from Ruach’s Image Visuals.

Because our products may be available in digital and physical formats and may be fulfilled through different platforms, the applicable refund and return terms depend upon the Product format and where your purchase was made.

1. Digital Interactive Edition

All Digital Interactive Edition purchases are final.

Because the Digital Interactive Edition is a downloadable digital product that may be accessed, downloaded, saved, or imported into a compatible application after purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for digital purchases, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind;

• Accidental purchase;

• Purchasing the wrong format;

• Deciding that the Product is no longer wanted;

• Failure to use the Product;

• Failure to use a compatible device or application; or

• Failure to review the Product description before purchase.

Please verify that your device and preferred PDF application are compatible before purchasing.

If you experience a genuine technical problem receiving or accessing your purchased file, please contact Ruach’s Image Visuals so that we can attempt to assist you.

Technical assistance does not automatically create a right to a refund.

2. Spiral-Bound Edition — Lulu

Spiral-bound editions purchased through Lulu are not returnable through Ruach’s Image Visuals.

All Lulu purchases are subject to the applicable Lulu policies and procedures.

Ruach’s Image Visuals does not directly process returns for purchases made through Lulu.

If you experience an issue with a Lulu order, including a printing, manufacturing, shipping, or fulfillment issue, you may contact Lulu regarding any remedy available under its policies.

3. Paperback Edition — Amazon

Paperback editions purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's applicable return and refund policies.

If Amazon identifies your order as eligible for return, the return must be initiated directly through Amazon.

Ruach’s Image Visuals does not process Amazon returns directly and cannot override Amazon's determination regarding return eligibility.

Customers should review the return information associated with their Amazon order and follow Amazon's instructions for initiating an eligible return.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a physical Product that is damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or materially different from the Product ordered, please contact the platform through which the purchase was made.

The applicable platform will determine what remedy, if any, is available under its policies.

5. Duplicate Digital Purchases

Duplicate digital purchases are generally not refundable.

If you accidentally purchase the Digital Interactive Edition more than once, you may contact Ruach’s Image Visuals as soon as possible. Any refund request will be reviewed at our discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

6. Order Cancellations

Digital orders generally cannot be canceled once the Product has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

For physical products purchased through Amazon or Lulu, cancellation requests must be handled according to the applicable platform's cancellation procedures.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once a physical order has entered production, processing, or fulfillment.

7. Exchanges

Ruach’s Image Visuals does not directly process exchanges for Write That Dream!

Any exchange or replacement available for a physical Product must generally be handled through the platform from which the Product was purchased.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved by a third-party retailer, fulfillment provider, or payment processor, the timing and method of the refund are determined by that provider.

Ruach’s Image Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, retailers, financial institutions, shipping providers, or other service providers.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
