DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Write That Dream! — Digital Interactive Edition

Effective Date: July 27th, 2026

This Digital Product License (“License”) governs your use of the Digital Interactive Edition of Write That Dream!, provided by Ruach’s Image Visuals.

By purchasing or downloading the Digital Interactive Edition, you agree to the terms of this License.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this License, Ruach’s Image Visuals grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Interactive Edition for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

This License does not transfer ownership of the Product or its intellectual property to you.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• Download the Product after purchase;

• Store the Product on your personal device;

• Maintain a reasonable personal backup copy;

• Import the Product into a compatible PDF annotation or note-taking application; and

• Print a copy for your own personal use, where technically and reasonably appropriate.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Resell the Product;

• Give or transfer the digital file to another person;

• Share the Product through email, messaging, cloud storage, social media, websites, or file-sharing services;

• Upload the Product to a public or shared digital repository;

• Distribute download links;

• Reproduce and distribute copies;

• Create derivative commercial products based substantially on the Product;

• Remove ownership or copyright notices;

• Use the Product for commercial distribution;

• Use the Product as part of a paid course, membership, workshop, coaching program, or other commercial offering without written permission; or

• Claim the Product's original content, structure, design, or prompts as your own.

4. Personal Use

The purchase of one Digital Interactive Edition is intended for one individual purchaser.

If multiple individuals need access, a separate license must be obtained from Ruach’s Image Visuals.

5. Intellectual Property

All original text, prompts, designs, layouts, graphics, formatting, organization, branding, and other original components of the Product remain the property of Ruach’s Image Visuals or its applicable licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

6. Your Journal Entries

You retain ownership of the original content you personally create within the journal, including your dream descriptions, notes, reflections, prayers, and personal interpretations.

You are responsible for protecting your completed journal and any personal information contained within it.

7. Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, resale, or public sharing of the Digital Interactive Edition is prohibited.

If this License is violated, Ruach’s Image Visuals may terminate your license and pursue remedies available under applicable law.

8. Compatibility

The Product is provided in PDF format and may be designed for use with compatible PDF annotation applications.

Ruach’s Image Visuals does not guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, application, or future software update.

9. No Refund Upon Download

Because the Product is a digital product that may be accessed or downloaded after purchase, Digital Interactive Edition purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

10. Termination

This License terminates automatically upon a material violation of its terms.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Product and delete unauthorized copies where reasonably practicable.
