​How far in advance should I book my session?

We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure

availability, especially for weekend sessions. For special events or

peak seasons, reaching out even earlier is highly encouraged to

secure your preferred date.

​Do you provide wardrobe styling or outfit guidance?

Yes, we do. Upon booking, you will receive a comprehensive style
guide to help you curate your look. We are also happy to consult
with you directly about your wardrobe choices to ensure they align
with your vision and look stunning on camera.

How and when will I receive my photos?

Your finalized, high-end retouched wall art will be delivered to your address on file within 2 to 8 weeks of your session, depending on your choice package.

What if I only want soft copies?

•Unfortunately, we do not provide packages containing only digital
soft copies. Our services are dedicated to delivering premium,
tangible art. However, upon request, we can provide you with low-
resolution digital files of your exact printed image selections,
perfectly formatted for social media sharing.

Do you require a deposit to secure a date?

Yes. A 60% non-refundable retainer alongside a signed contract
is required to formally secure your date and time on our
calendar. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your
production session.

What happens if we need to reschedule due to weather or
illness?

We understand that unpredictable circumstances arise. We offer
a one-time complimentary rescheduling privilege, provided you
notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For outdoor collections, if
weather conditions prove unsuitable for our creative standards,
we will seamlessly coordinate to secure the next mutually
available date.

Do you shoot on location or in a studio?

We provide both elite environments. We can execute your session
within a controlled studio setting for a refined, editorial aesthetic,
or on location to capture a natural, environmental storytelling
atmosphere. We will guide you to the definitive choice based on
your specific visual goals.

What is your retouching process like?

We believe in authentic artistry. Our refinement philosophy is
designed to enhance your natural presence rather than alter it.
We meticulously polished temporary distractions—such as stray
hairs or transient blemishes—while carefully preserving your true
essence, natural skin texture, and defining features.

Can I purchase additional images or upgrade my package
after the session?

Yes. While your selected collection determines your included
masterpieces, you will have the opportunity during your Premier
Gallery Reveal to purchase additional custom-framed wall art,
legacy photobooks, or upgrade your package tier to encompass
more of your session's definitive images.
